How do I change my Community Profile?
When viewing your own Community Profile, there is a link allowing you to edit your profile just above your photo. The option to edit your Community Profile is also available in the Account menu.
Your Community Profile is visible to all members. Therefore it's very important that you do not enter any private information such as your real name, date of birth, or contact information such as your email address, telephone number or street address. SmileCity may remove details from your Community Profile if we believe they are private or they can be used to personally identify you.
What if I don't want my photo shown in my Community Profile?
While we encourage all members to upload a photo, it is not compulsory. We understand there are many reasons why you may wish to keep your real identity private. You may choose to instead upload a photo of a pet, or anything else that reflects your style or tastes.
Photos deemed inappropriate by SmileCity will be removed.
How do I report inappropriate content in someone's Community Profile?
Please
contact SmileCity, include the full URL (web address) of the inappropriate profile, and explain which part of their profile you believe is inappropriate. SmileCity will investigate and take action if necessary.
