How to identify a genuine SmileCity email

All advertising emails, newsletters and survey invitations sent by SmileCity will have these features:

Emails will be from post@smilecity.co.nz.

Emails will have the unique SmileCity design in the header and footer, just like the sample shown here.

Emails will show your SmileCity membership information, including your username, in the footer.

The main link will first lead to an smilecity.co.nz URL before redirecting you to the destination.

Any advertising or survey email you receive that does not have these features is not from SmileCity.
